#            The Solitary Reaper
                                  - William Wordsworth

Behold her, single in the field,
Yon solitary Highland Lass!
Reaping and singing by herself;
Stop here, or gently pass!
Alone she cuts and binds the grain,
And sings a melancholy strain;
O listen! for the Vale profound
Is overflowing with the sound.

No Nightingale did ever chaunt
More welcome notes to weary bands
Of travellers in some shady haunt,
Among Arabian sands:
A voice so thrilling ne'er was heard
In spring-time from the Cuckoo-bird,
Breaking the silence of the seas
Among the farthest Hebrides.

Will no one tell me what she sings?—
Perhaps the plaintive numbers flow
For old, unhappy, far-off things,
And battles long ago:
Or is it some more humble lay,
Familiar matter of to-day?
Some natural sorrow, loss, or pain,
That has been, and may be again?

Whate'er the theme, the Maiden sang
As if her song could have no ending;
I saw her singing at her work,
And o'er the sickle bending;—
I listened, motionless and still;
And, as I mounted up the hill,
The music in my heart I bore,
Long after it was heard no more.

#• 'The Solitary Reaper' is a long narrative ballad by William Wordsworth. This poem published in 1807. Food is divided into 4 stanza. In this poem Poet talk about the girlw, who was alone in her farm Highland. She reaping and sing a Melancholy song for herself. Its a friend shoes in whole vale profound. Poet compared Nightingale with this girl. At that time one travellers group pass out near this haunt and travellers weary bands group take rest in Arabian sands. At that time Poet listen Anxious sound and he talk about cuckoo - bird and than he tells no one can tell me what she sang. Perhaps she sang sad song , Poet think why she sang sad song about her bed experience or any old war and etc thing. And at last poet think he never can heard this song or voice again in his life , but he kept that song in his heart and feel this song very much because this is so much emotional song she sang. So Poet talk about girls song and than Poet goes on his way.

#               Christable
                         - Samule Taylor Colreidge.

#• Christable by Samuel Taylor Coleridge for this Poetry Click here .
#• 'Christable' is a long narrative ballad  by Samuel Taylor Coleridge , in two parts. The first part was reputedly written in 1797 , and the second in 1800. Coleridge planned three additional parts , but these were never completed.
#• The theme of mysticism , which is prominent in one of Colreidge' s most fantastical poem ' Kubla Khan ' , is also prominent in Christable. Geraldine is overtaken by mysterious spell several times during the poem , and nere the end of the poem , she somehow transfers the effects of the spell to Christable.
#• Christable is princess. Her father name Baron Sir Leoline. Christable going in Forest for praying God because she show one dream of her future husband. So she goes in Forest and pray for him at one Oak tree , that time she show one lady , she wearing white palin saree and told Christable to her whole story. Five man kidnap her and her name is Geraldine. And than they come back to Christable house and than she puts a spell on poor , innocent Christable that makes it impossible for Christable to tell anyone about what she and Geraldine do in the bed. The spell works so well that even the speaker doesn't know exactly what happened , and the reader is never fully informed either , what we do know is that they were both naked and there is a lot of talk about bosoms. And early morning Christable talk with her father about Geraldine and her father ask to Geraldine to his father's name. Than he knows , she is her friend's daughter and Baron Sir Leoline give message to his friend Lord Roland to take his daughter back , she is safe at Boron Sir Leoline ' s house.
